Our Story

Sonoran Woodcraft began in the summer of 2022 with a simple goal: spend more time building beautiful things by hand. After working for a sliding barn door company, I decided to dedicate my free time to woodworking—starting with handcrafted cutting boards made for friends and family.

What began as a passion project quickly grew. After building up enough inventory, I started bringing my work to art fairs across Arizona. The response from customers and fellow makers confirmed that there was something special about combining quality craftsmanship with the natural beauty of wood.

Since then, Sonoran Woodcraft has expanded far beyond cutting boards. Today, I design and build custom pieces including mobile bars, DJ booths, and laser-engraved products for many of Arizona’s fine restaurants and businesses. Every piece is made with attention to detail, durability, and a deep appreciation for the character of natural wood.

At its core, Sonoran Woodcraft is about creating functional pieces that bring people together—whether it’s around a kitchen cutting board, a custom bar at an event, or a handcrafted installation in a local restaurant.

From the first board to every custom build that follows, the mission remains the same: create high-quality, handcrafted woodwork inspired by the spirit of the Sonoran Desert.
